This canvas downloads and processes parcel records from the Salt Lake County Assessor API in batches, with checkpoint-based resumability to avoid reprocessing records. The workflow fetches total parcel counts, determines batch parameters (supporting both test and full modes), and then iteratively downloads batches with retry logic, deduplication, and immediate CSV/checkpoint file persistence.
