What if millions of product events could reveal the behavioral path to user success—before success becomes obvious?

ZERVE: From Event → Success transforms raw Zerve application telemetry into an interpretable behavioral intelligence system that discovers how users progress from first interaction to meaningful product usage.

Starting with 409,287 events across 4,771 users, the pipeline reconstructs user journeys, converts 141 raw event types into behavioral categories, discovers Success DNA, identifies early behavioral signals, predicts eventual success, models behavioral states, and translates behavioral gaps into actionable product hypotheses.

The core analytical question is not simply “How active is a user?" but:

“What is the user actually doing, how deeply are they engaging, and how early can that trajectory be recognized?”

Using leakage-controlled early-window features and 5-fold stratified user-level cross-validation, the success prediction model achieved:

The analysis reveals recurring behavioral signatures involving building, execution, output generation, workspace activity, AI tool usage, behavioral breadth, and persistence.
