VistaVantage is a comprehensive H-1B sponsorship intelligence system that analyzes 596,552 U.S. DOL LCA filings (FY2025) across 44,014 data/analytics roles to identify which employers genuinely sponsor entry-level international talent — not just in aggregate, but at the right seniority level. Using K-Means clustering (K=4, silhouette=0.3513), Kruskal-Wallis statistical validation (H=2050, eta²=0.73), a cold-start tier classifier (73% accuracy, F1=0.7489), and cross-validation against real job posting language, the pipeline produces a SponsorScore (0–100) ranking 2,807 employer-state combinations across 4 tiers. Key finding: Netflix (Score 18.0), Apple (30.9), and Meta (47.8) are effectively senior-only despite massive brand appeal, while consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, TCS) and government agencies (FDA) consistently outperform FAANG for entry-level sponsorship.
