An end-to-end analysis of 607 data science salaries (2020–2022), exploring how seniority, company size, and remote work arrangement drive compensation. Built a cleaned and feature-engineered dataset in Zerve, produced a 6-panel visualization dashboard, and generated an AI-assisted decision brief for hiring, budgeting, and negotiation — which I then fact-checked against the underlying data and corrected two AI-generated errors before finalizing.
