Problem Statement:
Customer churn leads to revenue loss. The goal of this project is to predict customers likely to churn so businesses can take proactive retention actions.

Solution Overview:
An end-to-end analytical pipeline was built using Zerve. The system ingests customer data, performs feature encoding, trains a Gradient Boosting classification model, validates performance using holdout validation, and deploys the model as a production API.
