About

I investigated the relationship between the rapid growth of AI infrastructure and the economics of Large Language Models (LLMs). Specifically, I analyzed how the post-2022 AI boom affected semiconductor revenues, memory prices (HBM/DRAM), GPU markets, and LLM API pricing. The goal was to determine whether increasing hardware costs translated into higher AI service costs, or whether improvements in model efficiency offset those infrastructure expenses.
