Pricing

Zerve credits are the core unit of usage across all plans. They’re used for:

• Agent tasks – Charged based on the underlying API calls they trigger. We bill the model’s API cost plus 20%.
• Compute time – Measured by the infrastructure Zerve orchestrates (e.g., Lambda, CPU, GPU).

Credits are only applied to what Zerve directly manages.

Using your own infrastructure (BYOK) or self-hosting can reduce credit consumption but won’t eliminate it entirely. Zerve still handles orchestration, scheduling, and agentic context management.

Yes, BYOK is supported starting with the Pro plan.

Currently supported providers: OpenAI and Anthropic.
You can also submit a request for additional providers or self-hosted models.

When using BYOK:

• You pay your model provider directly.
• Zerve still meters credits for orchestration (at a reduced rate).

Yes, starting with the Pro plan:

• Pro and Team: Self-serve deployments on AWS via CloudFormation templates.
• Enterprise: Multi-cloud, on-premises, and fully custom hosting options.

Even in self-hosted environments, credits are charged for orchestration and agent scheduling.

• Monthly plan credits – Do not roll over.
• Add-on credits – Do roll over and remain available until used.

Yes, usage tracking is available for:

• Individual usage (per user)
• Pooled usage (when add-on credits are shared across a team or on Enterprise pricing)

• Free ($0/user/month) – Includes access to the Zerve Agent, 50 Zerve credits per month, Fleet (parallel compute), reusable environments, API builder & deployments, App builder & deployments, and unlimited public projects (up to 4 editors).
• Pro ($25/user/month) – Includes everything in Free, plus 250 Zerve credits per month, ability to purchase add-on credits in batches of 250 for $25, scheduled jobs, self-hosting, private projects, watermark-free images, GPU compute, and unlimited editors.
• Teams ($50/user/month) – Includes everything in Pro, plus 500 Zerve credits per month, ability to purchase add-on credits in batches of 500 for $50, centralized billing, usage & compute metrics, SSO, and BYOK.
• Enterprise (Custom) – Includes everything in Teams, plus pooled credits and pooled add-on credits, multi-cloud hosting, on-premise air-gapped deployment, dedicated support & account management, invoicing/PO billing, enterprise terms, and the option to purchase through the AWS Marketplace.
