Last Updated about 3 hours agoAbout
Zerve Power User Detector identifies the behavioral patterns that distinguish highly engaged users from casual or inactive users on the Zerve platform.
Using event-level interaction data, the project analyzes how frequently users interact with key platform features such as notebooks, workflows, agent tools, and credit usage. Based on these interactions, users are categorized into three engagement levels:
Power Users – highly active users with frequent interactions across multiple features
Active Users – moderate engagement with some platform capabilities
Casual Users – low interaction and minimal feature usage
By comparing behavioral patterns across these groups, the project identifies which activities are most strongly associated with deep platform engagement.
The insights help product teams understand what successful users do differently, enabling improvements in onboarding flows, feature discovery, and engagement strategies.
