Using Zerve’s event-level dataset, this project analyzes user interactions across notebooks, deployments, collaboration activities, session behaviors, and credit consumption patterns. The study defines “success” as sustained platform engagement, workflow complexity, deployment adoption, and resource utilization efficiency.


The project applies advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to build a comprehensive behavioral intelligence framework. Key components include activation workflow discovery, upgrade propensity modeling, workflow maturity scoring, collaboration productivity analysis, churn prediction, session engagement scoring, credit consumption intelligence, and feature adoption impact analysis.


Through these insights, the project identifies the most effective user journeys that lead to high productivity and long-term retention. The results provide actionable recommendations that help improve onboarding strategies, optimize pricing models, enhance collaboration features, and guide users toward advanced workflow adoption.


An interactive analytics dashboard is developed and deployed using Zerve’s native deployment capabilities, enabling real-time monitoring of user success patterns and behavioral insights. This project demonstrates how AI-driven behavioral analytics can help Zerve enhance user experience, increase retention, improve monetization, and strengthen its position as a next-generation data and AI productivity platform.
