Zerve Activation Intelligence is a lightweight behavioral analytics project that identifies how users activate on the Zerve platform and where they drop off in the early product journey.
Using the Zerve event dataset, the project analyzes user interaction patterns such as sign-ins, workflow executions, credit usage, and feature interactions to determine the key steps that lead users from signup to activation.
The system builds an activation funnel that tracks user progression through major engagement stages and highlights the biggest drop-off points. It also measures feature adoption rates to identify which platform capabilities are most associated with successful users.
The insights help product teams understand:
Where new users struggle during onboarding
Which features drive engagement and retention
What actions convert users into active users
